        My employer 4 years ago wrongly classified me as a 1099, paid me a fixed salary, then denied they owed me anything. I went to the state 1st & was shot down then took it to the fed labor dept & won the OT plus penalty. If I can do it w/o atty he can do it with one

        Your predicate phrase is the tell..."If Trump is smart"...He really is not, his approach to life is that of a school years bully who never had the punches to the face he so deservedly should have had many times over the years (other than Dad Fred beating him).
