A job cant get rid of you unless probable cause. I'd sue also. If there are no write ups or nothing,they cant do a thing. A job can not discriminate of any kind. If they do,a lawsuit better happen

I would imagine that large firms/corps returning to a stable workforce would be better for our entire economy. Large firms can better handle increases in employee costs. I would love to see current cost/ben analysis for Contract v. Staff to justify all of these small contracts.
