Money is not more important than ethics. This is not a difficult question.

Yes but this is also why capitalism it’s self is very bad for workers. Workers are subject to abuse every day and cannot quit because of poverty.

In capitalism a worker has freedom, in communism a worker is a peg within that system with no way out.

Freedom to choose which plantation we work on? That’s not really a lot of freedom.

Nevertheless, America is the # 1 destination. People see as an opportunity to escape poverty of their birth countries. American Ingenuity.

You know the belly of the beast conquers the rest of the world and drives poverty in every other place and then people want to come to the center where we can make higher wages, that is not a justification of the system in fact it could also be seen as evidence of its atrocity.

To put it another way, everybody wanted to be the so-called friend of Genghis Khan, but it didn’t mean he was a good person who did good things. It only met he had raw power and people wanted a little piece of it.

This isn't hard. Never, ever put money (or saving your job, a bonus, a deal or your career) ahead of personal integrity. Call the guy out, report him to his company, press charges with the police. Hollywood and Washington have been very bad examples of how to handle this.

That would be really great except that capitalism puts us all into a position where we must endure abuse to survive and the culture supports that.

No, capitalism puts you in a position to be greedy and compromise your principles.

Easier said than done. Just look at the #corporateclimate how managers and HR brushes off employee’s grievances, little due process, fires at will, and busts unions rather than boot a bespoke client out the door.
