Quite to the contrary. Many of the Supreme Court judges who object the judiciary reform now, in the communist era persecuted the democratic opposition from the Solidarity movement. Polish government wants these old commie judges to retire.

These organges and apples. It would be better to get the context right. These are leftover communist apparatchiks lurking in the dark of Polish judicial system. They aren’t your democracy loving liberal judges upholding the individual rights and all. These boys took them away.

Does anyone else feel like the world is on fire? Not the extreme heat wave we’re experiencing but that so many countries are dramatically changing their way of governing. Is it just me? I’m quite worried about our future.

It is you, dear. If you didn’t know, #Democracy is a mechanism to facilitate #Change w/o violence. #Poles chose a new government in 2015 and it is their right to reject previous govt.’ Judicial nominees and nominate new ones. What’s so fascist about that?

Besides that getting rid of communist-era judges is perfectly legitimate as they impeded both the judicial reforms & slowed down the judicial system in the past. They are the #DeepState communist still very much in active in intelligence & judiciary. Brussels is wrong!

It is sad to see so much of the world turning to fascism. It is hard not to believe that the United States and it's politics are helping to embolden them.
