        abc started the story. WSJ and other news media picked it up, pointing to ABC. Then ABC said the other news media 'confirmed it'. cyclical argument with no source other than news media themselves. No reports to publish. No people to quote. just news citing other news

        This article is incomplete and crap. Provide the 38North report in full instead of cherry picking details to allure viewers with incomplete and fear based statements. There is a difference between ballistic developments and infrastructure improvements at a nuclear site
