        As they always would. Companies don't care about this country. As long as it's cheaper to produce else where they will. It just further highlights the unfair disparity in worker compensation and manufacturing costs between US and rest of the world.

        But Harley producing bikes in Europe for European market saves it tariff similar to Toyota and BMW assembling cars in US. Ultimately it is smart. And it is not a large production-only to serve EU.
