It time for Americans to sacrifice for the greater good of our workers and bring our factories back. Tired of just accepting everything that the foreign governments throw at us.

China did not steal our jobs. American CEOs shipped jobs overseas for higher profits. We should place a much higher income tax on US companies that ship jobs away.

Well.. that is basically the same thing.. Americans pay the tax/tariff either way. Higher corp tax is passed along to the consumer just like a tariff charged by the foreign supplier. Either way you look at it, Americans pay. It's better to just have free trade.

"Trade wars are good. And easy to win." Time for WSJ to get work on an editorial defending this. 🙄

Totally support Trump's approach. Why should we allow someone to play in our field if they won't let us play in theirs? Wake the hell up China.

GM sold 4 million cars in China last year. How many Chinese cars were sold in the US? Starbucks, McDonald's, KFC etc. have 10s of 1000s of stores in China. Is there a reciprocity? No Everything can't be identical in US-China trade

Now all those #MAGA idiots can watch their little raises, and "bonuses", go up in smoke as the cost of living quickly out paces them. They better hope their corporate bosses keep sharing those huge tax cuts with them every year.

Nope...I'm just stating the obvious. I've had ample opportunities to say, "I told you so"; the way some idiots think they benefited from #Trump's corporate tax breaks and crowed about it.

short term issue. China has agreed to letting us sell $70 billion more..just a matter of time before they agree to more. They want their cake and eat it too, just like the EU..but there is no market like the USA. I'd wager this is resolved to our benefit in 60 days.

Oh, what could go wrong, aside from almost everything is stamped Made-in-China and you can’t find domestic options. Might be good to have domestic production to protect instead of putting a gun to the consumers’ heads. But, hey, N-Korea will have hotels!

And folks, if things go south with China and N-Korea both, don’t forget who caused the need for the DMZ. But with a Chief Executive who got his military expertise playing Battleship, I’d expect nothing more.
