There is nothing in recent history to suggest the Singapore summit will succeed. So why meet? The answer may lie in an April speech by Kim Jong Un, writes @GeraldFSeib.https://on.wsj.com/2JuoSQ3

Because Trump is jonesing for a Nobel Peace Prize, and regardless of what happens or doesn't happen at the summit, he will claim that he deserves one.

If this were Obama's meeting (which it never would've been), it already would be heralded as a success simply because of it taking place.

Regardless of who our President is, anyone-ANYONE, that crosses their fingers wishing to be proven correct about their opinion of that President, is a traitor in my eyes. Grow the Hell up, or leave.

Hmm, I wondered every single day how, exactly he qualified for a Nobel Peace Prize 10min into his 1st Term. I also hoped for failure of the ACA as the cost was astonishing and I knew our Taxpayers would go off the deep end because of it. And they did, they elected Trump...

If he bailed out banks/mortgages, why do the Dems run on the mantra of Reps bailing out Wall Street. You are very uninformed. He pushed thru ACA. It took more than 5yrs before a single person could signup for benefits at some number of 100s of millions over budget.

I don’t know, maybe ask Sanders, or Pelosi or Warren or Wasserman-Schulz.
