Why not instead invest in programs to coach students from poverty areas, to build them up so that they can meet the standards and pass the entrance tests? Isn’t it racist for the Mayor to assume that the minority students are too dumb or too lazy?

Ruined in the name of equality? The headline sounds incredibly racist.

That’s the progressive playbook. Tear down the top, rather than bring up the bottom.

Please. GWBush basically destroyed education with No Child Left Behind. And considering the RW voted for president who are unable to make a complete sentence...you guys shouldn’t be allowed to vote.

Common sense like funding to teach teachers how to use guns instead of funding school—-brand new updated books perhaps? Our teachers are striking cause they don’t make enough to feed their family so they are striking. NRA & trump turning schools ito prisons.

This fellow an his group thinkers are the ignorance and disease that nips at the heals of American Exceptionalism. The desire for the egalitarian society has never accomplished its intent cause people want to be free to make their own choices, not a role for govt.
