@NeuroD0c @GengerkeT thought of you guys reading this and would be interested in your take. 1) do you expect to be exhausted choosing to be a physician? 2) if not how do you separate work and home life? I think the line has blurred or disappeared in many professions.

You also need a graduate degree in coding/billing for patient care. It is way too complicated, takes too long, and it affects how docs interact with their patients.

Welcome to the efficient administrative State where even doctors are now mere units of production. Result: poor care for all, but lots of $ for insurance co’s pharma, and state. Oh yeah, exhausted drs would rather prescribe than take time to treat: opioid crisis!
