Imagine how many more people with minor offenses are locked up with sentences that are outrageously long. Get on it Kim and Don.

How the actual fuck have we come to a point, where this is a real sentence...

I am 100%for commuted drug convictions. Maybe Trump admires Obama.https://www.cnn.com/2017/01/17/politics/obama-cuts-sentences-of-hundreds-of-drug-offenders/index.html …

Just about as much as Obama admires Mr. Trump.

I’m old enough to remember when conservatives decried celebrities being involved in politics.

They didn’t meet to discuss systemic prison reform. They met so that one rich white person could ask another for an individual favor. It’s different.

Only in Trump World. You think they can’t get any stupider and then they go and totally outdo themselves. Next he’ll have Rodeo Clowns drafting the FDA guidelines for safe hamburgers.

Did you feel he should not commute this sentence?

I feel that he wouldn’t know what this sentence even was or care about it if he wasn’t able to use a celebrity to suggest it and help him mock our justice system. Trump is disingenuous and ignorant.

But if he had not commuted her sentence you would be criticizing him for that. Kim brought the woman’s plight to his attention and he commuted her sentence...and you still criticize him.

If Kim K was an ugly non-famous moron, Ms Johnson would still be in jail. Prison reform? I guess Botox carries weight in the WH
