Did the baker "refuse to sell" or refuse to design the cake? I think it was the latter. Freedom of choice = that one can no more compel a person to forego a (gay) lifestyle than another can compel their (gay) preferences. Same goes for religion + other matters of conscience

Here is an idea. If you are offended by gay marriage, guns, islam, whatever it is, have a partner baker ready for a referral who isn’t offended. No lawsuit, everyone still gets cake. Apply to businesses everywhere.
