This is a pretty irresponsible headline. It matters because evidence is important. That you'd peddle something unscientific and question whether evidence is important is irresponsible journalism.

They're arguing for smaller, more agile trials. Like you may have 500 pancreatic cancer patients, but you only have 30 who have a specific genetic mutation that can be targeted by new drug X.
