Get offa Avenatti - he isn't slowing down Mueller at all. Muellers working at his speed. No one impedes Mueller.

Heir Mueller is the most powerful man in Government. Mueller was never elected by the people or appointed by the President or Congress and yet Mueller has unlimited power to investigate anything he wants. Our founding fathers are rolling over in their grave.

How can @MichaelAvenatti 's client decide whether to waive a/c privilege when she hasn't seen any discovery yet in her civil case bc all of Cohen's documents were seized in the criminal case? And Davidson is still producing docs? Everybody has a role to play here and that's OK.

It's not reasonable to ask @MichaelAvenatti to advise his client to waive privilege when docs could turn up later that make that strategically or tactically a bad or even unfair decision. Prosecutors can help themselves by getting Avenatti the docs he needs to make that decision.

He's coordinating with the Mueller investigation. Avenatti has dug up enough information to put the whole POS Trump Tribe away for seven lifetimes.

This article makes no logical sense. How can he be slowing anything down? He’s the only one shedding any light on it! Also, he’s cooperating with SDNY. Silly news.
