Right. You do not need the help of the government to make better choices. The fewer who ride in the "wagon" the better. Then the load is easier for all to bear and the ride CAN be made more comfortable for those who have no choice.

How about some local building codes that use a little common sense. Houston is the most dense construction that I have ever seen in a suburban area. No storm retention basins at all, ever....
