    There are two main fault lines (and many smaller fault lines) that form the Cayman Trench, which is mostly in the Gonave Microplate. The today happened along the Oriente Fault Zone NW of and SW of . It's a strike-slip fault (much like the San Andreas).

    If you see this, DO NOT PANIC! Iguanas are actually cold blooded animals so when temperatures fall overnight into the 30s & 40s in Florida, they can become immobile & fall out of trees. The may move very slow, but they are not dead!
