1/ Men and women are different. The few women tuning in are MAJOR outliers. There’s no changing this without changing average traits across the female population 🙃
On avg men are more interested in investing (see: providing), engineering, business, science etc.

I wonder if @stevenmarkryan gets a higher percentage of women because he’s younger, better looking and funny.
