I don't think anyone has a perfect solution but gun laws need to be the same across the country, background checks, and all weapons should be registered.

1. 100% accuracy when under attack is rare. 2. Experienced people can change mags VERY quickly. 3. What's magic about 10? 4. A gun is a tool, start fixing the people who misuse one.

How do you suggest we locate and "fix" all these would be shooters? The proper way to sort them out, is before they own a gun- via background checks & more even. I don't hear people bitch about the effort involved in obtaining a drivers license, why are guns so much different?
