"Growth is in just five cities! How ever can we change this?" Oh I don't know... maybe if tech stopped trying to move into just those five cities, that might help?
This week saw some dispiriting data around job growth in the tech industry, with 90% of job growth happening across just 5 cities from 2005-2017. What can be done to encourage job growth in tech across the entire country?

We don't really know the actual percentages, but we do know that vast majority of men don't choose STEM careers either.

How about Tech companies move throughout the country instead of being all in NY or California. Just a thought. There are 50 states. Plenty of opportunities to diversify your workforce regionally.
