سوف تستهدف الحملة جميع الأشخاص الذين تبلغ أعمارهم سنة واحدة فأكثر من اللاجئين والمجتمعات المستضيفة، بهدف الوصول إلى 70% من السكان المستهدفين، مع تحديد هدف أسبوعي يتمثل في إعطاء 200000 جرعة خلال الأسابيع الثلاثة المقبلة.

قَدَّمت منظمة الصحة العالمية الدعم إلى وزير الصحة العامة في لبنان للحصول على شحنة حرجة قوامها 600000 جرعة من لقاح #الكوليرا، من فريق التنسيق الدولي الذي يدير الإمدادات العالمية من لقاحات الكوليرا.

جدير بالذكر أن نظام الرعاية الصحية في لبنان يئن تحت وطأة الأزمات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية الحالية، ولهذا فإن فاشية الكوليرا قد تفوق قدرة النظام الصحي في البلاد والذي يعاني من الضعف من قبلها.

تحتاج منظمة الصحة العالمية إلى 10.2 ملايين دولار أمريكي للجهود المتعلقة بالصحة في مواجهة فاشية الكوليرا المستمرة في لبنان. فحتى 3 تشرين الثاني / نوفمبر 2022، أبلغت لبنان عن 2421 حالة مشتبه فيها، ومنها 413 حالة مؤكدة و18 حالة وفاة.

The field mission will include Deir Dalloum, Wadi AL Jamoud, Bibneen, Al Mhamara and Minyeh to cover the frontline workers to be followed by a bigger vaccine campaign next week with the anticipated arrival of 600,000 cholera vaccine doses.

This exercise is a follow-up training to the initial implementation of the LMS at the main warehouse Chronic Diseases and National Aids Program. As of 24 October, patient treatment started using the LMS system.
