Here's a check on lowest wind chill values at local observing sites. While records are unofficial, Portland broke a record from January 19th 1971 -41(data back to 1948). Mt Washington appears to not only have broken their record of -103, but also set a new United States record.

Overnight lows were the coldest since January 1st 2018 for most of our area. It appears the Mount Washington Observatory tied an all time low of -47 set in January 1934.
