I suppose there's a wry kind of gratitude to be wrung from the more outlandish claims, in that I doubt time and money will be wasted on studies to debunk the claim that the COVID vaccines make you magnetic.

I think there is a thesis to be written by someone drawing parallels between claims made of witchcraft and claims made about vaccine side-effects. “She looked at me strangely and then the bloody flux came upon me!” “My neighbour’s sister lost her child!”

I have, on more than one occasion, asked various anti-vaxxers to list, if they can, ten maladies that they do not believe are caused by vaccines and I would respond with a list of ten maladies that I don't believe can be prevented by vaccines. No takers so far.
