  2. If there’s any comfort to be taken while the political media is still trying to figure out how to cover Trump the right way, it’s that the GOP hasn’t a clue how to deal with its transparent obsession with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

Wow, this is a bracing thread to read. All I have to add is that I also find a show I used to love increasingly airless, and I have nothing to do with the industry. And I simply won’t watch if Hart hosts, absent a real apology with amends.

My daughter just warned me not to go into the pantry because someone farted in it, which makes me think the sauerkraut is almost done.

"Somewhere a black dad is beating a black son." This is quite a segment, and thanks for connecting dots on why there is nothing benign or funny about Kevin Hart's jokes.

Republican hypocrisy at its finest: saying that Trump admitting to sexual assault on tape is just “locker room talk,” but scandalizing themselves into faux-outrage when my sis says a curse word in a bar. GOP lost entitlement to policing women’s behavior a long time ago. Next.

ok i finally watched this and i am floored at the bullshit that Ellen let him spout uninterrupted. He's concocting an alternative history here and Ellen didn't challenge him on the facts one bit. let me explain...

Hello, I'm a queer person in a movie. I am violently rejected by my family, find a sense of belonging in a group of fellow misfits, and briefly fall in love before dying tragically from either HIV/AIDS or a hate crime. I am played by a straight man who really wants an Oscar.

  21. In light of Ellen’s (still confounding to me) public embrace of Kevin Hart, a thread worth reading. (I do not believe he has repented in a meaningful way.)
