The average pay gap is set at 14.1% for full time workers, with the gap widening to 18.4% when you factor in part-time work. This has not budged. Women are no better off now than we were a year ago.

For some women, the disparity is even greater. For example, Black African women face a pay gap of 24%, and for Pakistani & Bangladeshi women it's 26.2%.

In some cases. Many women need to rush to their second job ie mother / carer - home work should be better shared w fathers to level things.
