Personally; if the owner really wants to persevere the shrimp boat, I think having a nice sit down restaurant, that equaled the Shrimp Boat back in the day would be nice. The neighborhood is growing and it needs something other than Denny's for ppl to go sit to eat

It would be great to have healthier food options in the area near or at that location. Literally we have Denny’s, McDonalds, Chinese carryouts, two Thai joints, and Jamaican joint, and rib shack in a 3 mi radius of the shrimp boat.
