What the? Is that man dead? It sounded like his head cracked on the ground. The one officer wanted to stop and help but was moved along. So disturbing.

I was a paramedic for 15 years of my career: that man definitely suffered a severe head injury. He was immediately rendered unconscious. Head trauma in the elderly is especially dangerous. If he is on a blood thinner this could easily prove fatal.

Wow just wow. So unnessary. That man could be dead. There are 100 ways that could have been handled better.

Nobody even rushes to help this poor man!
