While it claimed then I gues it goes to them but when there is dispute going than that money goes to nobody. That's how I understand it.

If there is a dispute going on between the claimant and the uploader, all earning made while this dispute is going on, gets held until the dispute is over

Incorrect... During dispute the claimant gets to decide how much money you receive from each video and you don't get to know how much that is. Usually it's nothing. Been watching a lot of YouTubers get claimed and the aftermath. There is no money coming to mumbo ever.

It's put to one side and given to the winner of the dispute. Argue it if you like but that's how it is

Mumbo Jumbo explained this himself in his recent video about it, and how there is no repercussions, and he won't get the money. Just saying.

It used to stop earning. They changed it last year. We've all been through it https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/7000961?hl=en-GB … Just saying.

and yet, while that may be the procedure, with 400 claims in a day, having to manually dispute them by hand, within 5 days, and the claimant get to decide whether or not the claim is valid, and after three strikes his channel gets shut down, so exactly where does he get paid???

Copyright claims and Strikes are not the same thing. These are people claiming he used their stuff and want the money. He won't lose his channel over it. 99.9% of automated claims are dropped as soon as they are challenged because they were automated and usually in error.

Everything in your statement is wrong. Three claims the company made of the 400(which are manual claims btw) that he disputes and fails BECOME strikes in the system. Three strikes and he's out. Maybe pay attention before the "CALM DOWN" warning?

Yeah, I don't know how the system works
