Yes .. “work towards” .. and “Korean Peninsula” .. means something in Pyongyang that is different than what he just said.
Kim agreed to "work TOWARDS complete denuclearization".
1. NK's definition of denuking is: we remove ours, they keep theirs.
2. This agreement has no hard deliverables for meeting/proving compliance.
3. NK has broken stronger more binding agreements several times.
Was it really? Please provide documentation; if this was agreed upon, then there's a written, signed agreement. If it's not in writing, then there's no agreement.
