American ladder is now RP based.
The RP is calculated by a different formula than season 0.
The formula is based on skill (MMR) but also promotes activity.
Players with 5-0 GM cannot get to GM and stay there without playing.
GM now requires 7000 RP.
EU: unchanged.

Rly hard to give NA szene a good ladder if people leave to EU/Netease. Guess thats unfixanle actually for NA without timetravel/fixing launch. Must be frustrating for the midskill NA Players. Can feel that. :/ Still thumps up for W3Champions staff for amazing work. <3
