Crowder mainly speaks out against the extremes of ideas. If you are moderate in your ideas then all is peachy. Shows understanding and flexibility.

Centrists are just as bad as the right, because they aren’t active in directly fighting there policies. Centrists are reactionaries, they adhere to the status quo and will never fight against it.

Well this means you also recognize that having a knee jerk reaction is opposites extreme. Being a Centrist means acting when necessary and considering both long and short term effects. While being reactionary isn't the best thing at times it has it place.

Sounds good in theory, doesnt work well in practice. Case and point every time a liberal democracy has adhered to the introduction of right wing politics in history.

But there is centrists on both sides, people I would label as liberals who have a lean to one side or the other but understand flexibility is needed for success. I'm right leaning centrists for example.

So what you mean is pragmatism, not centrism. Right wing Centrist is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard.

Centrists are based on reason and pragmatism so these things can coexist.

Centrism isnt based on reason, its based on siding with whatever has the best outcome for your own personal ideologies whilst thinking you wont suffer the consequences of holding those beliefs - as you can hust say “im not actually a *, i just get what they mean”

Centrists are based on what I previously stated. However because we are a two party government you often have to pick sides if your a politician but still free to input that will still benefit all parties as the point of politics, in theory.
