I have now been on hold waiting for a customer service rep for my health insurance provider for 35 minutes. The largest insurer in my city doesn't have an option for calling people back. The expectation is that sick people have the time and energy to wait as well as fight. 1/
What I do when my insurance company messes with me is send a letter on firm letterhead threatening a class action lawsuit. Then they usually just get out of my way... If you have an attorney friend, they might be willing to do something like that for you etc.

No. You have my sympathies. I don't know that you will get proper care any time soon. The
#DC oligarchy is in the pocket of the large health insurance companies. If you have talked to a couple lawyers you can try more. It isn't a silver bullet, I don't know what else to say. - Näytä vastaukset
