Remember when we could just tag @aeeonline to report outages/incidents & they would reply back a case number? Yeah Private company Luma doesn’t do that. They never answer the phone. Their customer service reps speak english. Their website is always down. Thanks OBAMA. #PuertoRico

It’s really really bad

Sadly most US power companies are also private. It's interesting seeing the difference in call support, consistency of power, and rates between our private companies and our municipal power companies. Power is almost always a monopoly and private ones are even less responsive.
