Surprise, surprise, it was Joe Biden and Kamala Harris who killed the $15 min wage and stuck the knife in the back of the working class and it was progressives in Congress who let them get away with it. Thanks @krystalball and @briebriejoy for pointing this out.pic.twitter.com/GHy7d7AwBN

This is what everyone should have expected. The Democrats exist to prevent progressives from gaining power. That's their primary purpose in the duopoly. Anyone who thinks otherwise is willfully blind or being paid by the same billionaires & huge corporations that own the DNC.

Did sanders approach MVP with a substantive rebuke of the parliamentary opinion and ask her to overrule? There were already multiple parliamentary opinions floating around that there was a potential problem. He waited til the end to shift the blame.

Of course! It's always Bernie's fault, not Biden, not the VP who could've ignored the parlamentarian. You people are something else.2 vastausta 0 uudelleentwiittausta 4 tykkäystä -

Also, in fairness, progressives haven't had any real power in the "Democratic" party since the 70s. It's more a debate about what kind of power we want to not have until folks will rally around alternative parties and break out of the billionaire owned two party cage.
