I'm going to get canceled for this, but, racial inequality is not a real problem.

You can't solve inequality in the US without solving racial inequality. The US was born out of slavery, genocide, & extreme racism. Racism persists to this day & no equitable society can be built out of the current one without acknowledging current & past racial oppression.

No. Our country was made possible by murdering indigenous people and taking their lands, and importing slaves to build everything. It was literally built by back slaves. Thats basically the definition of "built on racism". For fucks sake slavery is written into the constitution.

Exactly and most of the founders owned slaves. Many of the founders even raped their slaves including Thomas Jefferson. Then America spent a couple centuries committing genocide against Native Americans... and here we are.

You are spending a lot of time trying to justify terrible, horrific, and unconscionable acts. Sadly slave rape was very "normal" at the time too, but that really doesn't make it ok in any way. It was economically profitable for the Masters... https://reviews.history.ac.uk/review/2344
