You have to be really comfortable, really clueless, or really corrupt to keep enabling corporate Democrats who sedate the public with sugary platitudes when the cameras are rolling and then turn around and govern for Wall Street, giant corporations, and the ruling class.

A lot of Americans are just really tuned out, but who can blame them? Most people in the
#US want to ignore politics whenever they can, and this has become a positive feedback cycle toward ever worse politics ever deeper in the pockets of the billionaires and huge corporations.2 vastausta 0 uudelleentwiittausta 9 tykkäystä -

That's valid, but when a political system is essentially 100% controlled by billionaires and huge corporations (who own both major parties), it becomes mostly a bad reality TV show that just favors the extremely wealthy. When change comes, it won't be from within the status quo.

I'll explain better: I'm 56 years-old and have watched my peers allow us to get here through apathy, laziness and selfishness. It wasn't like this 40 years ago. I protested wars and tried to educate Americans for 40 years. They don't give AF about the poor or those we kill.

Certainly no one in the ruling class does. Also, the ways the billionaires & their corporations have taken complete political control by buying both major political parties & their ownership of the media through which they can demonize the poor has caused where we find ourselves.
