I could well be wrong here, this is where I calculated it: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1CU8XF_M1gaEVvLYgUFJGo0LyrUlVy4B-a8CXukgNAXE/edit?usp=sharing … I count House Districts 96, 99 and 180 as Latinx. So 3 total people, 1 Republican, 2 Democrat. 2 / 96 total Democratic members = 2.1%.
So I get it. It's not based on the legislature, it's based on the % within each party. But the number that matters most is that Latinx are only 1% of the total Georgia state legisture or 3 people of 236 seats.
