I could well be wrong here, this is where I calculated it: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1CU8XF_M1gaEVvLYgUFJGo0LyrUlVy4B-a8CXukgNAXE/edit?usp=sharing … I count House Districts 96, 99 and 180 as Latinx. So 3 total people, 1 Republican, 2 Democrat. 2 / 96 total Democratic members = 2.1%.
But you can't divide by different denominators if you are making equivalencies or comparison. Your chart states it the Georgia legislature, which is 236 member body. Sometimes math may be right, but not the picture. That's the art of charts, graphics, and statistics.
