In a Prosperity model, could we accountably reverse the cash flows and have good accountable governance actually pay real dividends with healthy growth?
Government doesn't bring good governance if it's too big and bloated. The model is simple, keep Gov small and allow the individual to prosper. Finding the "happy medium" for both sides is necessary.

Finding the "happy medium" for both sides will require real leadership. There is an infinite amount of fertile common ground between traditional notions of American Conservatism and Progressive ideals at the local level.
