If you don't blend it into your eggs, you can achieve a speckled granite kinda look, but you still need to thoroughly dry your greens (here it's kale) as the excess water will cause problems. Plain egg pasta is MUCH easier to begin with. The greens complicate it all.pic.twitter.com/AnaN7DXUxU

No problem! Next time, try 400g flour & 4 eggs without anything else. You'll get there, I'm certain! Fettuccini will also probably be an easier shape to begin with. (and the rewards are totally worth it)
