ACB means nothing if the court is full of progressive judges. Starting Inauguration Day, call your Dem reps, especially senators EVERY SINGLE DAY to remind them to do their jobs and stack the courts. This is priority.

Lemme put this in perspective. If Dem leadership does their job and stacks the court, we have absolutely nothing to worry about. The reason we are panicking is because we figure they won’t have the guts to do it. Think about that.

The only job the left plays as it pertains to power held by the left is to prevent the Overton window from ratcheting back after a big shift rightward. They have no intention of stacking the courts, they’re only there to mislead people into thinking they’ll stack the courts.
