I’ve been punched in the park, flagged down cops and they told my attacker not to do it again. I know how this story goes.

Called cops after my house was robbed, and the cop *literally* said that I “shouldn’t be living so close to US1” (on the edge of a poorer neighborhood)... and then never heard from them again.
