Ellen apologized by saying that being known as the “be kind” lady is a tricky situation to be in. I disagree. I think I’m known for being pretty nice unless you’re a fucking asshole who seeks to oppress the working people of this country. And I feel pretty good about it.

I'm wondering if anyone ever became successful at anything without mistreating people or screwing people over or doing something reprehensible at some point. I'm hoping someone somewhere has... like maybe Kurt Russell? Jeff Bridges, maybe?
I know a lot of successful people who aren’t abusive. By success I don’t mean money, I mean impact.
