Normalize not treating boots on the ground advocacy as the most important/only advocacy of note. Many disabled folks aren't able to physically march or GOTV but do more for the good of our collective public health than we'll ever know. Ableism isn't just cruel, it breaks trust.

100%. I also think about how, bc virtual meetings are a norm, more groups are putting resources for translation, captions, signing. I know budget means this can be a challenge but I really hope groups prioritize finding ways to keep this going bc it seems so worth it.

(Also allowing phone or off video options bc access means allowing ppl to be as comfy as possible doing the work! I could listen to folks talk access all day, it's so important and so interesting to learn all the ways we can work to meet people where they are!)
