I swim, Pilates, weight-lift, whatever...but running? I can’t make it a mile without getting grumpy. Any tips or should I just stick to the other stuff?

It took me a few years to love it, but it was worth it, creating one goal at a time and following a readymade schedule to help reach it. I’m now two weeks from my first marathon—five years since my first 5k.
