Eating @ImpossibleFoods spaghetti & meatballs that I made and I just got really hopeful that this type of “meat” will replace the cruel and unsustainable farming practices that our country relies on.
I literally can’t taste the difference and I’m shook.

Impossible meat is great fam, just don't long simmer because it breaks down more. Also recommend using some breadcrumbs and a little bit of egg(vegan or otherwise) as a binding if you're making patties <3 Also mixes hella well with soyrizo for tacos.

Going meatless was one of the most astonishingly easy things I've ever done. Turns out, most of what I liked about meat came from seasoning anyway, so it's very easy to substitute.

I'm highly allergic to beef and haven't been able to eat a burger in years without dire consequences. I recently discovered Impossible Burgers and they taste AMAZING. I would eat this every day.
