It’s really simple. When someone takes the time to fill out an absentee ballot or go to the polls, their vote should be counted. I fail to see how a USPS stamp means anything in terms of whether votes are valid. Count it. The end.
The thing is, we still won’t win when every single vote counts. But every one of those votes means someone tried to use their voice. And I want to hear it.
