That's fair. When they invited bolton to testify. And he refused to go, they rescinded the invited instead of putting charges on him. Technically that's their job to enforce the law when its being ignored. That's part of the reason GOP feels so emboldened against Dem party
Also the impeachment was far too narrow. The list of impeachable offenses is a mile long.

That's for sure. But I think he should've been impeached over the border things. Esp when kids started dying. Dems missed a chance to really shine a light. Bc it's too late, we are in election cycle. So either he gets tossed, or they do it again in term 2.
