I don’t think of voting Trump out as a permanent fix. Biden is not the savior. Of course not. So we fight. But why is punching ourselves in the teeth a good way to get that fight off to a good start? I just don’t see it.

Yes. I know. The deporter in Chief. I know. The drone guy. I know. I get it. I’m aware. I don’t like that Democrats say nice things and act like Republicans. I know. But why is it hard for you to imagine that it could get worse? We have to stop the literal fascist now.

Knowing what we both know about Democrats, and what we can presict about future Republicans, we STILL have to get Trump out now. I think we ultimately want the same things. I know Biden won’t deliver them. But I don’t want to see how 4 more years play out.

I have no words Tony on how this will play. I’m just going to focus my energy on electing progressives.

The Democratic Party, though deeply flawed, has been steadily, if slowly, pushed to the left. They weren’t even for gay marriage not all that long ago. In this election, there isn’t a viable more progressive choice, who has any chance, than stupid fucking Biden.

By electing the most progressive candidates in all other elections, we apply the pressure that gets us closer to the humane governing we want to see. Who is it you’re promoting? I haven’t seen any promoting. Just a lot of blurring the line between bad and dangerously worse.
