I'm not sure we can, but right now too many people feel completely normal abusing service workers. Not always to this degree? But to scream at them, berate them, insult them, a significant amount of people think that's their right. That has to change. One way or another.

We need to have a long, hard conversation on the weaponization of identity politics. We have completely obliterated compassion, empathy and understanding of others from our communities. Also, this woman's behavior shows she's allowed to act w/o consequence. Hope she's held actble
