I love the current grassroots energy for criminal justice reform, but we seriously need to expand the goals to include economic rights - it will help broaden the coalition and is also required if we want true equality for non-whites

The current movement needs to develop a broader critique. It must target the capitalist mode of production & it's relations to every societal sector. The system is beyond reform: it must be destroyed to the foundations & rebuilt with the working class of this country in mind.
